The Bartender is responsible for serving patrons at the bar and fulfilling drink orders for the club area. The Bartender manages bar operation, all bar POS, and perform needed inventories each night to ensure proper inventory levels. Delivers a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintains a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed.

The Server is the primary contact for the guest. Servers create a comfortable and accommodating environment through providing exceptional bar service. They are responsible for preparing the club environment for business each day, for shift changes, and each night for closing.

The Hostess acts as the first impression for all guests. She greets each guest warmly and provides information about the club. She is responsible for the collection of door charges and issuing tickets, coupons, and other items provided to the guests.

The DJ plays music and sets the tone for the club and its’ entertainers. He/she uses his knowledge and understanding of the club, its clientele, and popular music to create an environment in which the entertainers may perform. The DJ is responsible for organizing and promoting the entertainers in a manner that creates an exceptional guest experience, builds loyalty, and creates revenue for both the club and its entertainers.

The Club Cosmetologist applies her skills to create the required “look” for the independently contracted talent. She provides various beauty services, such as hair styling, and make-up application as requested by club management and talent.

The Floor Host works closely with the manager on duty as a “second in charge” when the manager on duty has temporarily stepped away. The floor host is aware of all activity in the front and back of house including arriving and departing guests, guests needing service, and over all smooth club operations. The floor host communicates with all front of house staff and the manager on duty and is capable of assisting the manager on duty with opening and closing activities.

The Manager oversees the nightly functions of the club. He/she may be responsible for hiring, dismissal, training, and managing the performance of both club staff and entertainment personnel. The Manager ensures that the club is stocked, and prepared for business, and is responsible for making sure that all state and local alcohol laws are observed d followed. He/she is ultimately responsible for the smooth operation of the club and ensuring the club's profitability, safety, and success.
